The Real Reason I Keep Designing Thumbnails

Day 7 – Blog: The Real Reason I Keep Designing Thumbnails (Even on Tough Days)

There are days when I feel unstoppable—ideas flow, colors pop, and my designs look πŸ”₯. But there are also days when I just stare at my screen, feeling drained or unsure of myself.

So, what keeps me going?

It's not just about designing cool thumbnails. It's about helping content creators grow, seeing their excitement when their video hits new views, and knowing I played a small part in that. That feeling? It’s priceless

I’ve realized something powerful: consistency > perfection.

Even when I don’t feel “creative,” I show up. I open Photoshop. I pick one color. I write one word. That tiny action leads to momentum. And momentum leads to magic.

So, to any designer out there struggling, keep showing up. You’re building something amazing, even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Day 7 – Blog 2: Why I Design Every Thumbnail from Scratch (And Why You Should Too)

Let’s be real: templates are everywhere. You can download one, swap in a title, and boom—done. But if you’re here reading this, I’m guessing you want something different. Something better.

Here’s why I don’t use templates:

πŸ–Œ️ Originality sells – A unique thumbnail stands out in a sea of copy-paste designs. Your viewers can feel the effort.

🎯 Client connection – I listen to what my client needs—their vibe, niche, and audience. Then I bring it to life.

🚫 Templates limit growth – When you design everything yourself, you grow faster. You experiment. You discover your own style.

Every thumbnail I make is like a little masterpiece—built with love, color, balance, and purpose. No shortcuts. No one-size-fits-all. Just real design for real results.
